Jaisalmer fort is built over Trikuta Hill, And one can enjoy beautiful views of Jaisalmer cityfrom Jaisalmer fort, Jaisalmer Fort  was built 800 years back. The Jaisalmer fort has many entry gates including Ganesh Pol, Suraj Pol, Bhoot Pol and Hawa Pol.  As pol means Gate in Rajasthan, Jaisalmer also has many beautiful havelies and a bunch of Jain temples that make it a special place to explore

GADSISAR TANK
Gadsisar Tank Jaisalmer is a huge water storage tank and was main source of water supply of Jaisalmer city, In winters, Gadsisar Tanks pefect place for bird watching and a variety of birds flock here and make the whole environment lovely & enchanting. The awesome arched gateway across the road down to the Gadsisar tank adds to its attraction. A number of exquisite temples and tanks are located around the lake add to its pristine beauty.

MANAK CHOWK
Manak Chowk is a square and  has successfully retained its ancient charm since time immemorial. Many lanes with exquisitely carved havelis lead to the Manak chowk that remains abuzz, most of the time, with various activities. Exploring the Manak chowk is an experience in itself.

Nathmal Ji Ki Haveli
Nathmal ji ki haveli was the beautiful result of the efforts of two architect brothers. Haveli was built in the 19th century, the haveli is an epitome of side-by-side symmetry. Standing as guards to the haveli are huge tuskers carved out of yellow sandstone. The main attractions of the haveli is miniature style paintings adorning the walls on the inside.

Salim Singh Ki Haveli
Mr. Salim Singh was the Prime Minister of the princely state of Jaisalmer. Haveli is named after him only. Salim Singh ki  is located just below the hill. Haveli was built about 300 years ago, the haveli has an arched roof with carved brackets in the form of Peacocks. One portion of the haveli is still occupied. It is said that at one point of time the haveli had two additional wooden stories. That made the haveli as high as the Maharaja's palace. However, the Maharaja got the upper stories demolished.

Patwon Ji Ki Haveli
This is five story high haveli and one of the largest and most intricate havelis in Jaisalmer. The haveli is beautifully and extensively carved. The haveli is divided into 6 apartments. Two apartments are taken over by Archaeological Survey of India, two apartments taken by families operating craft-shops and two apartments are converted into private homes. Some of the inside walls still contain paintings and mirror work.

Tazia Tower
Tazia tower was built by some Muslim craftsmen to give as a gift to their royal benefactor. Tazia Tower rises from Badal Mahal (Cloud Palace), the five-tiered tower looks splendid. A beautifully & skillfully carved balcony beautifies each story of the tower.
